If your site works on the CMS “1C-Bitrix”, then installing an online consultant on the site will not be any problem.

Step 1.
To get started you need register on the site. After registration, you will have access to the code to install on your site.
Step 2.
If you have a “box” version of CMS 1C-Bitrix, then just install the widget in a couple of clicks on Marketplace.
If you have a “cloud” version of CMS 1C-Bitrix, then copy the code in our personal account and go to “Step 3”
Step 3.
Log in to the Bitrix administrative panel, go to the “Administration” tab. Select “Settings” – “Product Settings” – “Sites” – “Site Templates”.
In the list of templates that opens, we need to change the desired template. To display the widget in all sections, you need to make changes to all templates.
Step 4.
Paste the widget code right after the <head>
Step 5.
Save the template and update your website page.
