Jabber client features

As you know, you can connect to an online chat using any Jabber client. With this method, not all the features of the online consultant will be available, but some functions were still implemented.

  1. Switch chat to another operator.

    /forward <login>

    Instead of <login> substitute the login of the desired operator. For example, if the operator login is Ivan, then we use the following construct:

    /forward Ivan

    and the chat is transferred to the operator Ivan.

    This line should be written in the chat like a normal message.

    In Suo.Chat, this is done using the Toggle button.

     

  2. Block user.

    To block a user, send him a message:

    /ban

    In Suo.Chat, this is done using the More -> Ban”.

     

  3. Unblock the user.

    To unblock a user, send him a message:

    /unban

    In Suo.Chat, this is done using the More -> Unban”.

 

In addition, in Jabber you can see information about new customers, notifications about targeted visitors, and, of course, conduct conversations.
