Write tab in messenger
Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Widget settings”, select the “Add” button.
Write a title for your new tab;
Select the type of new tab;
Add a previously created tab.
In this window, you can set up a tab where customers can contact you via messenger after integration with these messengers is set up.
STEP 1
Select the name of the tab, in our case “Message” it will be displayed at the bottom of the online chat form on your site. For Page Type, select HTML Page.
STEP 2
Further, all the work takes place in the form of “Tab Content”. Find the messenger image you need, you can use the search engine (Google, Yandex). Paste it using the “Upload Files” button.
You can change the image settings.
STEP 3
Click on the uploaded image, select the “Add/Edit Link” button. In the window that opens, specify the link to the messenger of your choice.
Instead of TEXT_HERE, write your data.

Go to your group in VK. Click on the “Write a message” button. In the window that appears, click on “Go to the dialog”. Select the link and copy it for the tab. The link should be of the following form – https://vk.com/im?sel=-TEXT_HERE

In a link like https://telegram.me/TEXT_HERE , instead of TEXT_HERE, write the name of your bot in Telegram.
