Template list

Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Widget Settings”, select the second tab “Response Templates”.

In this tab, you can add, remove or edit message templates.

WHAT ARE MESSAGE TEMPLATES
Message templates are used in the operator program to quickly answer your customers’ typical questions without typing the same answer every time.
