Order a call tab
Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Widget settings”, select the first tab “Request a call”.
In this window, you can set up a tab where your customers can leave their contact phone number to contact you. In the settings, you can specify any method of communication convenient for you. It is possible to edit the tab via HTML. The “Request a call” tab can be placed in any part of your site. Specify the type of communication convenient for you to receive notifications about the left contact.
