Create a department for operators
In this section, you can create a section with operators. In the chat, before starting a dialogue, your client will be presented with the list you created.
Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your website. In the column that appears, click “Operators”. In the “List of agents” section, select the “Create a new department” button.
Select a name for the operator department, it will be visible to all visitors when starting a dialogue. You can create a hidden department, the visitor will not see these operators on the network until one of the other operators redirects him through the program.
On the right, select the agents for the department you are creating.
