Telegram integration

Thanks to our service, you can receive messages from Telegram using a bot directly to our chat – an application for the operator. You no longer need additional applications and links, work in one service.

Log in to your personal online chat area and click on “Online chat” on the left, then select your website. In the column that appears, click “Messengers”, select the “Telegram” tab at the top.

In order to connect the integration, you need to create a Telegram bot.

STEP 1

Before creating a bot in Telegram, make sure that the name you want to use is not taken.

STEP 2
To get started, click “Create a bot”.

Be sure to include bot at the end of your chosen name. For example: mysite_bot.

STEP 3
Pay attention to the status, the line should be “Running”.

STEP 4
Now your Telegram bot has been created. You can also place a link to the Telegram bot on your website, the link should lead to the following address – https://telegram.me/TEXT, where TEXT is the name of your Telegram bot.

When clicking on such a link, the visitor will open the Telegram application, if it is installed on a PC or phone.
