Integration with vkontakte

In our service, you can set up chat integration with the VKontakte group. This integration allows operators to receive messages and comments directly from the group and from the community wall.

If you want to receive messages from your VK group in our program, and not just track comments, then at the very beginning, you need to allow sending community messages in the VK group settings. To do this, click “Community Management” in the group menu.

Next, enter your online chat personal account and click on “Online Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Messengers”, select the tab on top “Vkontakte”.

STEP 1
To connect the integration, you need to add a VKontakte user in your personal account. Click the “Add User” button.

STEP 2
If you are already authorized on Vkontakte, then a window with access permission will open in front of you, if you agree, click the “Allow” button.

STEP 3
After you add a group, the group connected by you and the “Manage this user’s groups” button will appear in your personal account, with the help of which you can configure the group.

STEP 4
By clicking on the “Manage” button you can edit the group.

Now community messages will be duplicated directly to the application.
