Integration with retailcrm

Set up integration with online chat and visitor contacts will be automatically added to your retailCRM. When a client leaves his contact phone number or E-mail in your chat, or a manager adds new contact details, a new entry will appear in RetailCRM in the “Clients” section. All known contact details of the client with whom you communicated in the online chat will get into your database.

To set up the integration module, add a link to your domain on the RetailCRM platform, usually it looks like this: “your_site.retailcrm.ru”, as well as your unique API Key. You can find this key in retailCRM in the section “Administration – Integration – API Access Keys”.

Save your settings. That’s all you need to connect the integration module.
