If your site was created using the WordPress site builder, then you can use our instructions to set up an online chat.
Step 1
To get started, you need to register on the site. After registration, you will have access to the code to install on your site.
Step 2
Log in to your WordPress admin panel, go to the Appearance tab. In the submenu that opens, select “Editor”.
Step 3
Next, select your theme and in the list of files that opens, click on “header.php”, usually it is signed as a header. If your site uses several design templates, then you need to install the code in this way in all themes.

Step 4
Save the theme and refresh your website page.
If your design template is not editable via the admin panel, then the code can be pasted into the /wp-content/themes/[template name]/header.php file on your hosting FTP server.
