If your website was created using the VamShop website builder, then you can use our instructions to set up an online chat.

STEP 1
Access the site via FTP and select a directory:

/[site folder]/template/[template folder]/

STEP 2
Insert the widget code into the “index.html” file, for example, before the closing </body> tag. If your site uses several templates, then you need to install the code in this way in all templates.

STEP 3
Save the file and refresh your website page. If the store shows an error after you added the online assistant code, try wrapping the code in:
