If your website was created using the Tilda.CC website builder, then you can use our instructions to set up an online chat.

STEP 1
Log in to the Tilda admin panel.

STEP 2
If your site is a one-page site, then in the site editing mode, add a new block “Other – <html>” from the block library. It is better to place it at the very bottom, after the footer. In the content editing mode, paste the chat code into the “HTML CODE / WIDGET CODE” block and save the changes.

STEP 3
If the site is multi-page, then the block with the code should be placed on the page that is assigned as a footer. You can check this in the “Hat and Basement” section.
