If your site was created using the Nethouse site builder, then you can use our instructions to set up an online chat.
STEP 1
Go to the GTM website and register. Or sign in with your Google account.
STEP 2
In the window that opens, enter the name of the account (for example, Live Chat). Click “Next”.
STEP 3
In the Container Settings, fill in the name of the container (for example, the address of your site test.ru), select the “Website” field, click the “Create” button.
STEP 4
Click the “Yes” button to agree to the terms of use for Google Tag Manager.
STEP 5
Copy the <head> code.
STEP 6
Open the site nethouse.ru, go to the Applications – Google Tag Manager section.
STEP 7
Paste the code you received earlier and click Save.
STEP 8
Turn on the block.
ONLINE CHAT AND NETHOUSE INTEGRATIONS
STEP 1
Open Google Tag Manager.
STEP 2
Go to the “Tags” section and click the “Create” button.
STEP 3
Specify a tag name, for example “Online Chat” and select “Custom HTML”.
STEP 4
In the tag settings, you need to insert the service code in the HTML field. To get it, go to the website of the service.
STEP 5
Register or log in to our website. Follow the link “Online chat” – Widget settings – Site code. Copy the resulting code to embed on the site.
STEP 6
Paste the received code into the Google Tag Manager tag settings, check the “Feature support” box and click “Save”.
STEP 7
Select “All Pages” in the activation conditions and click “Create Tag”.
STEP 8
The service tag has been created and now needs to be published to the site. Click the Publish button, then Publish Now. The service is installed on the site. Settings and payment are carried out in the control panel on the site.
