If your site was created using the Joomla! platform, then you can use our instructions to set up an online chat.
Step 1
To get started, you need to register on the site. After registration, you will have access to the code to install on your site.
Step 2
Log in to your Joomla! admin panel, go to Extensions – Template Manager.
Step 3
Open the Templates tab and select the desired template. Open it in HTML mode (Edit HTML).
Step 4
Paste the widget code right after the <head> tag. If your site uses several themes, then you need to install the code in this way in all themes.
Step 5
Save the theme and refresh your website page.
If your design template is not editable via the admin panel, then the code can be pasted into the /templates/[template name]/index.php file on your hosting FTP server.
