Getting started in the program

MANAGEMENT

1. To get started, set up an online chat in your account and be sure to place the online chat code on your website.

2. After that, create operator accounts in your personal account in the “Online Chat – Operators” section. Operators can be divided into departments and set up different access rights.

3. In your account or on our website, download the appropriate application for your operating system on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

4. Log in to the application using the username and password of the operator. You created an operator account during registration. Do not try to enter the application using access to your personal account.

5. If the authorization was successful, then everything is ready to go!
