Auto-action statistics
Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Auto Actions” – “Statistics”.
In this section you will see:
– the number of sent messages;
– the number of messages that the client received and viewed;
– the number of chats that appeared after the auto-action.
If you click on the shortcuts next to the statistics, a window will appear, click on “Statistics”. In the window that appears, you will see graphs with detailed statistics by day.
