First, let’s understand what a lead generator is. This concept has not yet been completely settled on the Russian market and there are different interpretations, but their essence is the same. A lead generator is a set of features that allows you to collect visitor contact information.

1. Show lead generator form

When you select this setting in  offline mode, a form will appear on your site, in which the site visitor can leave you their contact information for communication (phone, skype, email) and ask their question. The text of the question and client’s contacts are sent:

• to the Suo.Chat program (when the program is turned on, the operator will be able to process the question, for example, send SMS or a response letter directly from the program),
• to personal account, where the operator or manager can also process the question,
• as as a letter to email the responsible operator or all operators (optional),
• as an SMS message to mobile operator (optional).

Alternatively, you can request customer contact information before each online conversation, or prompt you to select a question category. All contact details are stored in Suo.Chat and in the Contacts section of your personal account.

2. Simulate a conversation with operator.

When this setting is enabled, the agent displays online even if the operator is not currently online. As a rule, customers are more willing to contact  chat if they see an operator online.

When a client asks a question, the robot operator first “Prints the answer”, and then sends a prepared phrase, for example, “Sorry, I can’t answer you right now. You can leave me your phone number or Email, I will contact you a little later!”, or any other text that you set in settings.

After receiving contacts, the robot replies “Thank you! I will try to contact you as soon as possible.”, this phrase also changes according to your desire. The dialog looks something like this:

Mock Conversation can be used not only when operators are not online, but and when the online operator fails to answer a question within the set time. The robot requests contacts so that the operator can call the client back later.

3. Hide module

This option is suitable for when agents are focused on online support only and don’t want to receive and handle offline inquiries. Then we just hide the chat form at the moment when all the operators are offline.

4. Display your HTML code

This option requires at least basic knowledge of HTML. Using this mode, you can create your own forms that send data to your server using POST/GET requests, and also place any other HTML code.
