Separation of operators by groups (departments)

Online consultant operators can be divided into groups, for example, the first operator named Chip is engaged only in sales, and the second operator Dale is only technical support.

In the “Operators” section, select “Add Group” and create two groups “Sales” and “Technical Support”. Add Chip to the first group, and Dale to the second.

Now when a visitor enters the site and decides to ask a question, he will see this picture:

You can immediately see that you can contact Chip for purchase questions, and Dale for technical support.
