If your site is powered by OpenCart, then you can follow our instructions to set up an online chat.

Step 1.

To get started, you need to register on the site. After registration, you will have access to the code for installation on your site.

Step 2.

Go to the site via FTP and select a directory:

/[site folder]/catalog/view/theme/[template folder]/template/common/

Step 3.

In the “header.tpl” file, paste the widget code right after the <head> tag. If your site uses several templates, then you need to install the code in this way in all templates.

Step 4.

Save the file and refresh your website page.

You can also download modules that allow you to add your HTML code through the administration panel. The standard version of OpenCart, unfortunately, does not provide the ability to place your own HTML code.
