Report. Forms

In this section, you will see all the data about the people who filled out any forms on your site created using online chat. This can be a call order form, a data collection form, a subscription, payment acceptance, and so on.

Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Visitors”. At the top, click on the Forms tab.

You can apply a filter by selecting a report for certain forms only, as well as view detailed information for each client and all the data that he left in the form.
