Operator reports

In this section, you can view statistics on the work of your operators.

Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Communicate”. At the top, click on the “Agent Reports” tab.

Detailed report
The graphs show indicators for the selected period: time online, the number of chats, missed chats, the number of chats in which the bot answered, the average response time of the operator, the average mark for the work of the operator based on the number of responses.

Brief report
The table shows indicators for the selected period: operator, department name, time online, total conversations, how many dialogs were missed, the number of chats in which the bot answered, the average response time of the operator based on the number of responses.

Work time
In this report, you can see the time spent by your agents, how long they worked in the chat or were absent.
