Creating an administrator

Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your website. In the column that appears, click “Operators”, select the third tab from the top “Administrators”.

Use the slider to activate the desired operator. Green – administrator enabled, gray – administrator disabled.

WHAT DIFFERENTIATES AN ADMINISTRATOR FROM AN OPERATOR
The administrator is a regular operator with all its capabilities, but with one very important difference: he receives all messages sent by the visitor to any of the operators.

Thanks to this, the administrator will be able to keep abreast and constantly be aware of all new issues, as well as enter into any dialogue in a timely manner.
