Distribution of chats between operators
In this section, you can choose a convenient way for you to distribute chats between operators.
Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your website. In the column that appears, click “Operators”, select the second tab from the top “Chat Distribution”.
RANDOM MESSAGE DISTRIBUTION
Dialogues between operators will be distributed randomly. You can also designate a default operator, and all first questions will go to him.
SENDING MESSAGES ON THE LOAD OF OPERATORS
If the manager is already loaded, the new dialog will be redirected to the selected operator. You can select the maximum number of conversations that the operator can have at the same time.
SENDING THE FIRST MESSAGE TO ALL OPERATORS
All operators will receive the message.
