Creating operators

The operator is the person who will advise your visitors on the site using our program or application on the phone. It can be your manager, secretary, administrator. For each employee who will communicate with clients, you need to add your account (login and password), under which they can work in the online consultant program.

To manage accounts on the left, click on “Live Chat”, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Operators”. In the “List of operators” tab, select the “Create operator” button.

In the table you can see all the operators that can work on your site, specify the name of the operator that your visitors will see.

Use the slider to activate the desired operator. Green – the operator is enabled, gray – the operator is disabled.
When creating a new operator, use the “Create operator” button.

OPERATOR DATA
Specify the name of the online operator (which will be seen by site visitors), login and password – with which the operator can log in to the program. Upload an image that will be displayed in place of the operator’s avatar.

ACCESS RIGHTS
In this section, the administrator can restrict the rights of certain operators.

WORK TIME
You can set the operating mode, for example, so that you are not disturbed on weekends and in the evening. Select the operator’s work mode: around the clock, at specified hours, depending on the day of the week.

OPERATOR aliases
This function allows one operator to set a name and avatar for a specific site, an operator can work on several sites under different names and avatars.
