Site code

Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Widget settings”, select the third tab “Code for the site”.

In this tab, you can always find the code to embed on your site.

CONSULTANT’S MAIN CODE
In order to receive customer requests from the site, you need to install the code on each page of your site before the closing </body> tag. You can always find the code in your personal account, in the “Consultant’s main code” tab.

MODULE INSIDE SITE CONTENT
You can place live chat within your site’s content, anywhere on your Web page. Then the module label will be hidden, and the module itself will be displayed in the inserted container.
