Payment acceptance tab

In the “Accepting payments – Payment systems settings” section, select the appropriate payment system and set it up according to our instructions.

Three payment systems are currently available: Cloud Payments, RBK Money (accepting payments via VISA, Mastercard, Yandex.Money and more), Yandex.Money (accepting payments via VISA, Mastercard and electronic money), ROBOKASSA.

In “Widget Settings” you have a new hidden tab – “Payment Form”. You can customize it and add it to your online chat, or you can place the code of the payment acceptance form in any convenient place on your website.

You can now issue an invoice to a client or send a payment form directly from the online chat.

All payments will be displayed in the “Register of payments” section, and after receipt of payment you will receive an SMS notification, Email notification or an alert in the online chat program, depending on your settings.
