Additional auto actions

Click on “Live Chat” on the left, then select your site. In the column that appears, click “Auto-actions” – “Add another auto-action”.

You can add more to the already created auto-action, but with additional filters.

With the same additional conditions – you can completely keep the previously created filters, changing only the way the auto-action is shown.

With new additional conditions – in this case, you can add filters that will apply only to this auto-action.
