Transferring chat between operators
When the operator is loaded, he can always transfer the client to a freer colleague. If the client has already communicated with another operator, then he can be directed to a specialist who is familiar to him.

Story
If you changed your computer or logged in from another device, the entire history will be saved and you can download the required number of messages – 10, 100 or the entire history of correspondence. It is possible to clear the window and, if necessary, reload the correspondence.

You can export correspondence to any E-mail you specify.

Message statuses
The program will always tell you if an automatic message has been sent, whether it has been delivered or has already been read by the visitor.
