Chats
All clients with whom communication was conducted are displayed, even if they have already left the site.

Clients Online
All website visitors are online. In this mode, the operator can select any client and write to him first, even if the guest has never contacted consultants before. This is an example of engaging in a dialogue in manual mode.

Operators
All operators currently working on this site, their avatars and statuses are displayed here. Inter-operator chat will create a workspace for operators. The function allows you to quickly consult with colleagues, while remaining in touch with the client.

Green – Online
Orange – Departed
Blue – Invisible

LIST OF VISITORS

Chat search
The search can be carried out by site, operator and key phrase in a given time range.

Contact list
You can customize the display of lists to your liking, you will be shown only the information you need. Statistics, question categories, referral source, last page, connected operators, chat grouping by sites.

Sorting
Sort the conversations according to the scale that suits you: by the duration of the current visit, pending questions, status, time since the last chat and the name of the visitor.

List of visitors
Each visitor has information about the number of visits to the site, the number of pages viewed, the time spent on the site, and also indicates the city of the client.

Chat Status
You can display all chats or only online chats. This will allow you to display only those chats that are of interest to you at the moment.

Dialogues
With this button you can collapse and expand the dialogs you need.

Visitor statuses
Each client is randomly assigned an icon with an image. If the program has selected a unicorn image for the client, then the next time he visits the site, he will remain a unicorn.

Client icons change color depending on the status. The client is online – the icons are colored, the client is logged out – the icons become gray.

If the client is marked as a target or came from the social. networks and instant messengers, a corresponding icon will appear next to its icon.

If the client started to write, but his message remained unanswered, then a yellow message bubble will appear in the visitor information line.

Hide offline chats
This button will hide all offline chats. Once clicked, it is impossible to restore offline chats.
