If your website was created using the OpenCart website builder, then you can use our instructions to set up an online chat.
Step 1
To get started, you need to register on the site. After registration, you will have access to the code to install on your site.
Step 2
We go to the site via FTP and select the directory:
/[site folder]/catalog/view/theme/[template folder]/template/common/
Step 3
In the header.tpl file, paste the widget code right after the <head> tag. If your site uses several templates, then you need to install the code in this way in all templates.
Step 4
Save the file and refresh your website page.
You can also download modules that allow you to add your HTML code through the administration panel. The standard version of OpenCart, unfortunately, does not provide the ability to place your own HTML code.
