What will you get in the new version of the program:

  1. The status of an operator is visible not only near its icon, but also at the top of the program. Now, if you have become invisible, then you will not forget about it. Green – online, orange – gone, blue – invisible, red – no connection. If you have set up an operator work schedule, then when the operator’s work time comes to an end, the bar at the top of the program will notify you of this and change its color.
  1. Now customers are easy to distinguish from each other! Each client is randomly assigned an icon with an image. If the program has selected a unicorn image for the client, then the next time he visits the site, he will remain a unicorn. Convenient, isn’t it?) And most importantly, only you see these icons, the client will not guess about them.
  1. Client icons change color depending on the status. The client is online – the icons are colored, the client is logged out – the icons become gray.
  2. Wallpaper for the dialogue window. You can change the background behind the dialogs, to do this, in the program on the left, click “Settings”, select “Chat”.
  1. Sorting dialogues. Sort the conversations according to the scale that suits you: by the duration of the current visit, pending questions, status, time since the last chat and visitor name.
  1. List of contacts. You can customize the display of lists to your liking, you will be shown only the information you need. Statistics, question categories, referral source, last page, connected operators, chat grouping by sites.
  1. Control override. The tool allows you to guide the client through the sections of the site, fill out the form, add the product to the cart. You no longer need to “poke” the client with a pointer step by step. Take the customer’s mouse into your hands. It even works in personal accounts, where each client has their own unique content. Take control and lead the client to the goal!
  1. Emoticons that you most often use in your correspondence will be added to the section under the “asterisk”.

  2. Convenient selection and quoting of messages. Select and copy only those dialogs that you need.
  1. You can see which page of your site the customer is on. In the program, a link to this page is highlighted above the dialog box.
