Adding tabs to the online chat form

When you connect an online consultant for the site, two tabs are automatically created in the module: “Online chat” and “Reviews”.

You can add any additional tabs under “Online chat – <�your site> — Settings — Basic settings».
There is a “+” sign on the chat form with which you can add new tabs.

 

  1. For example, let’s add a tab of type “Information” and name it “Contacts”

    After saving the settings, a new tab with contacts will appear in your online chat.

     

     

  2. Add a tab with HTML code to the online chat

    In the online chat tabs on the site, you can place any HTML code, for example, add a video from youtube, as in our module.

    Using the “+” sign, add a new tab, name it “Video”, write a short test with a description and switch to HTML mode.

    Let’s set the desired window size and copy the HTML code into our tab.

    After saving the settings, the video will appear in your online chat on the site.

  3. Add the form “Request a call”

    To add a “Request a call” form to your online chat on the site, you must first create a subscription form in the “Online chat – <�your site>” section. — Useful options — Subscription form».

    Select “+Add Subscription Form”.

    In the subscription editing mode, select the required display fields, for example, we want to find out the name and phone number of our client, mark these fields with checkmarks. Above, you can select the group in which your contacts will be saved (groups are created in the “Contacts” section).

    Next, select the notification mode:

    1. Check the subscriber’s number using SMS (the cost of SMS is according to your tariff) – allows you to check the number before accepting the application, excludes numbers that are not currently valid.
    2. Reply SMS upon successful subscription – allows you to send a response SMS, for example, “Thank you for the application, we will call you back as soon as possible.”
    3. Notify all operators of a new subscriber by SMS and Email – allows you to send an SMS message or Email when a new subscriber. Thanks to this function, the operator can immediately contact the client

    At the top you see the “Embed Code”, this code can be placed on any page of your site and the subscription form will appear in the specified place.

    You can also place a subscription directly in your online chat on the site, to do this, save the subscription form and go to the section “Online chat – <�your site> — Settings — Basic settings». Now, when adding a new tab to the form, it will be possible to select the type of the Subscription tab. Set the name of the tab, for example, “Request a call”, enter the text that will be visible in the tab and select the subscription form created earlier.

    After saving the settings, a new tab will appear on your site in an online chat and customers will be able to order a call or subscribe to your newsletters.
