Collection and publication of reviews

With the help of Suo.Chat online consultant, you can collect feedback from your customers and post them on the site.

When you create an online consultant for a site, a tab “Reviews” is automatically added to your form.

If there is no such tab in your module, then go to the section “Online chat – <�your site> – Settings – Basic settings . There is a “+” sign on the chat form, with it you can add new tabs. Add a “Reviews” tab, set a title and information above the form, and save the settings.

You can see all the reviews posted by your customers in your personal account in the “Reviews” section, and you can also set up automatic sending of SMS and Email notifications about new reviews in the “Operators” section (More).

You can automatically send a response SMS message to each visitor who left a review in the online consultant.

You can easily place the reviews that your visitors leave on your site, to do this, go to the section “Connected – <�your site> — Reviews — Embed code on the site»

Copy the code and place it on your site where you want to see these reviews.
